Third wave will be a 25,000 square foot, bouldering gym in the heart of south austin, in the st. elmo arts district - across the street from st. elmo brewing.

We’ve leased a free-standing building that will offer:

• 10,000+ square feet of bouldering surface area with ~4-week setting rotation

• Full gym with weights, cardio equipment, functional movement space

• Yoga & fitness studios with classes

• Full locker rooms with showers

• A full recovery program complete with saunas, cold plunges, and more

• Coffee shop with huge outdoor patio

• Co-working with super speed internet, phone booths, and a plethora of outlets

• Natural light pouring in from every side of the building

• ~150 dedicated parking spaces
